The Hospitality Bakery is a fully operational retail bakery and culinary laboratory for Hospitality students at Triton College. The Bakery offers students valuable practice in creating confectionery delights as well as hands-on experience in operating a retail business. This project enhances the students opportunities to craft exquisite desserts and delicious artisan breads.
- Installation of a kitchen exhaust system that accommodates a heavy load during peak bakery instruction hours
- Installation of all plumbing supply and waste piping systems to support the bakery
- Installation of heating and cooling system to supply the bakery
R.J O’Neil provided the expertise, tools, manpower and materials necessary to install the heating, air-conditioning, ventilation and plumbing systems in this new bakery addition, while accommodating the owners needs to work around the operating college.
